The customer will need to engage a person to source the stud for the screws to be placed in the ceiling joints. An enclosed instruction book will be sent with the package. Please read carefully and follow the instructions. I am happy to assemble if in the central zone.

Ives Design Wanaka provides quality products and services to our customers. We hope you will like what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know. Ives Design will only accept returns for the following scenarios:

Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery. Goods supplied incorrectly.

You may return most new, opened items but not used as in assembled and placed in ceiling joints within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

IVES DESIGN shall deliver the Goods to the Customer’s address as soon as is reasonably practical after acceptance of the Customer’s order by IVES DESIGN.

The risk in all Goods supplied by IVES DESIGN shall be the responsibility of the Customer from the time of delivery. Any Goods supplied by the Customer but in IVES DESIGN’s care, are to be insured by the Customer.

Whilst IVES DESIGN shall make every reasonable effort to meet suggested delivery.

The package is enclosed in a purpose-built cardboard box.

Shipping to areas below Christchurch are about $80 but this can change due to extraordinary times. 

Shipping to areas above Christchurch Freight payment will be invoiced separately. Freight company used www.nzpost.co.nz. Customers are welcome to organize their own freight pick-up. Packaging: Single hanger: 1.1 m, 572 by 287. Hope this helps. under 8kg
